hmmz. just got back from the gym. am happy enuff to see myself grow a bit. i know that the world is still spinning and i know i've my life. my own life and i am working to piece my own picture. frens out there, i understand what you guys expect of me, but give me time, you all the yusheng in me.. all i need is time. i am moving on and i definitely will. there is nothing else that is holding me back anymore. no longer the her i know. no longer the one i used to know.. all the sweet memories will stay as memories i will look back on. nothing much.. let me find myself amongst the mess..

I promise that in a month's time you will see a better me.. a cuter me.. a more muscular me.. because to put it simply.. i am yusheng and i will not allow myself to lose.. work, work, work.....
